We recognise that we are more than just a landlord, providing a roof over people’s heads. We have a duty to promote the social and physical wellbeing of our residents by ensuring that we provide homes in sustainable neighbourhoods – places where people want to live.
- Our main housing schemes are well-managed and popular. They are characterised by high standards of management and maintenance.
- At Cockcroft Hall we have entered into a partnership with Patacake Nursery to provide a nursery service where free bursary places are provided to residents of the Society.
- At Manor Place we have worked with the City Council to provide recycling facilities.
- We provide a health incentive to our staff.
