Welcome to the King Street Housing Society

We are a medium-sized registered social landlord based in the centre of the historic university city of Cambridge. The Society was founded in 1966 by members of the University to provide much-needed affordable housing for local residents.

With house prices in the Cambridge area at record levels, the demand for affordable housing solutions has never been greater. The Society now manages over 600 homes and provides rent guarantee schemes for three local authorities.

Our mission is to provide affordable housing of a high quality in sustainable neighbourhoods in the Cambridge area.
